Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services:

Agreement:

By engaging in coaching services provided by Impact & Intention, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Impact & Intention (the service provider).

Confidentiality:

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, Impact & Intention and its coaches will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Professional Relationship:

Coaching is a professional service designed to support your personal and professional growth. It is not a therapeutic or medical service. Impact & Intention coaches are not licensed therapists or medical professionals, and coaching should not be considered a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

Client Responsibilities:

As the client, you are responsible for your own progress and outcomes. You agree to actively participate in coaching sessions, complete agreed-upon actions, and communicate openly and honestly with your coach. You understand that coaching results are dependent on your willingness to take responsibility for your actions and decisions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.

Payment and Refunds:

Payment for coaching services is due prior to or at the time of each session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be determined at the discretion of Impact & Intention.

Intellectual Property:

All materials, resources, and tools provided by Impact & Intention during coaching sessions are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. They are intended for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Impact & Intention.

Limitation of Liability:

Impact & Intention and its coaches shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial, personal, or professional, arising from the coaching services provided. You agree to hold Impact & Intention harmless from any claims or actions arising from your participation in coaching.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with or without cause. If termination occurs, any unused prepaid coaching sessions may be forfeited or considered for refund on a pro-rata basis at the discretion of the Impact & Intention team.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nevada.

By engaging in coaching services with Impact & Intention, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to you in writing.
